Questionnaire for cats
We thank you very much for making an appointment for a behavioural consultation for your cat.
To properly prepare for this consultation, we ask you to download our cat questionnaire below, fill it out, and return it to us by email.
In case of cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. After this time, we will unfortunately have to charge for the consultation.

Practical arrangements for your appointment
An initial consultation usually lasts 1.5 hours and includes
- an analysis: based on completed questionnaires and provided videos,
- a diagnosis,
- a full report,
- a treatment plan.
The consultation takes place at Vet Ethology, Leemveldstraat 44, 3090 Overijse.
The initial consultation fee is €320.
If follow-up consultations seem necessary, they usually last 45 minutes and are being charged €130.
All persons who regularly handle your cat are welcome at this appointment.
Please bring the following items with you to the initial consultation
- Your cat's health record
- Videos (if not sent in advance)
- Your cat's favourite rewards
- Your cat's favourite game
